Description
A fairly quick pic done this evening, since I had the time and hadn't drawn anything in a while - which I always notice makes me get out of practice and thus spend much more time on a pic trying not to let it look bad. 
Though Cynthia never looks bad, IMHO. While I have many favorite OCs - way too many to list them all here - spread among many different artists/creators, she's easily in the top tier.
Seems she got nabbed yet again, but managed to hop away from her captors (who also stole her jacket!), at least for the moment. And a side note - since her last name is 'Heart', I thought it'd be cute to give her a heart-patterned gag. ^^
