The mysterious man in black grinned to himself as he paced alongside the line of captured heroines, eleven in total. It hadn't been easy capturing all of them at once, but now he could finally test to see how close they were as friends.

"Don't press these," he explained as he slipped a small button into the hands of each heroine as he walked behind them. "Not yet at least." He had been watching these heroines for a long time and knew exactly what each one of them feared the most. He regretted not having a camera available when they initially awoke to see themselves bound, gagged, and suspended upside-down above a deep pit literally filled with their weaknesses. A couple of them had protested loudly while some others began to clam up and sweat right away.

"These little buttons are your insurance," he continued to explain as he returned to stand in front of the long line, "but at a great cost." On the wall above him, a giant "60" that all of the heroines could see appeared and began to count down, one second at a time. "I'm sure you ladies are very familiar with Russian Roulette. When time runs out, one of you at random will drop into your appropriate demise with the door to the pit closing behind you." Muffled protests came from the whole line, but he continued to speak. "The timer will start five seconds earlier after each drop and the last one of you who remains will be allowed to walk away. But if you're not confident in your luck, simply push your button to guarantee your safety... after witnessing all of your comrades drop in at the same time. I want to see how strong the bonds of your friendship really are."

A series of groans briefly replaced the muffled protests and the heroines wasted no time in trying to struggle free and even try to swing away from their pits. But those who tried quickly found out that their actions caused every single one of them to be dropped closer towards their doom, teaching them that such attempts could ruin everyone's chance. The first countdown approached single digits the heroines would soon find out who the first unlucky one of them would be.

As some of them looked at their friends in hopeful concern while others began to sweat profusely and some more clamped their eyes shut to fight back tears, they could only pray for a miracle as the timer reached 0 for the first time and a loud "Snap!" met their ears.
